I have a fear of extremely crowded areas too

I also have a phobia of saying or thinking something and it happening within 3 days

and recently some user stalked me so...

idk but it was yesterday I think

and it was here on FA

it happened while I was talking with my bff who left my school they randomly appeared and then said "THEYCALLMEPAIN, do you live in ******, ******" it was the creepiest thing on earth I said no for security reasons and then I talked to @SatanHimselfTM about it I then reported them

it was creepy and I'm still scared

and they got my address correct which was even creepier

o yea I have a fear of water

after almost drowning 3-5 times in grade 3

now I don't enter bodies of water above where my stomach is

and now I am a dehydrated human bc I rarely drink water

Also I can't look in the mirror for too long, my face begins to distort

I'm not sure if that last thing is a phobia but I have to avoid looking mirrors for too long (after I shower especially) It's worst if I look myself in the eyes. My pulse starts to quicken, my breathing becomes more of a struggle, my chest feels tight, and I am overcome with an extreme sense of fear. Not to mention, things start becoming dark+ minor hallucinations (This has been checked out and labeled as an add on to major depressive disorder ((psychotic features)))
