I LOVE sharing music, also listen to BECK. His lyrics sometimes are so weird, they don’t make sense but it all sounds so good. You could compare some of his music with Gorillaz, not sure who inspired who. They also made a song for the Scott Pilgrim st

I’d like to agree to disagree that Blur’s most famous song is probably Beetlebum, Song 2 is just imo really good so don’t blame me for picking the best of the best. Coffee & Tv is really good too

I don't know what old hardcore punk and emo sounds like, but after some brief research it sounds like more aggressive rock and the such! Knowing this, I feel like there may be a low chance you'd enjoy some of these albums? They're the complete opposite in the way they're more slow paced and don't speak on more challenging and political subjects as hardcore punk is known for. If this doesn't sound very attractive already, feel free to ignore my comment.
