i just keep quiet and waits for someone to talk to me im a very awkward person

i used to talk to people a lot but i started to stop for some reason i don't know why

i dont talk to my friends at all for some reason, that's why i lost all of my friends😬 they found better friends and then ignored me probably because I changed a lot and my personality became strange
