Clerics have access to pretty much all their spells. As a cleric you'd want to make use of healing and protrction spells, as well as spells to buff other characters. Really she just needs to prepare like two or three spells off of the Cleric Spell list if she's first level and have Sacred Flame and Thaumaturgy as cantrips
