I was usually pretty eager to get a chapter out as soon as i started writing it so i never ended up coming back at a later date to reread the draft with a fresh mind before revising

Bro my fans of my fic are going to maul me for not giving any fluff at all so far

This chapter isnt really too interesting im sorry the idea came to me in school and i was writing the draft in my notes app lol

UGH im having a hard time world building im better with characters than world building. Feliks lives in Poland and Ivan lives in Russia and Tolys lives with Ivan in Russia but he used to live in Lithuania okay. Okay. Yes

Im going to do more research into roman Catholicism for Tolys and Feliks i might hint at their religion a bit but its not what im focused on plus i havent mentioned it at all so far so it would be strange to suddenly make it a big thing in the story. Ive been thinking it over but im just going to keep them human as i originally intended and they dont represent the country they live in but are rather citizens. The only reason Feliks and Tolys are so close is because they both live near the border and travel to their neighboring countries to spend time together well at least they used to obviously that isnt happening now cuz tolys kidnapped so 🙂

Also there is no specific year to this fanfiction and there are no tensions/wars between any of these countries or the surrounding ones

The war reference in the third chapter (i think its either chapter 3 or 2 i keep mixing up chapters because theure numbered wrong on ao3) was going to be important but im sort of stuck trying to figure out what to do with that because in my fic Tolys and Feliks are in their late twenties so i mean i guess they could have gone into the battlefield around when they were 18 but like idek what war that could be structured around either because the story is meant to take place in a somewhat modern setting (why Feliks is a model as a male) i dont really want to make something up but i might have to? This is going to give me a headache if i think about this too much but its a problem that i need to solve soon before i actually dive deeper into their backstories
