Firstly, if you have already made a background yourself, I'll allow you to use it. BUT! If it's someone else's background, and I figure out, you will sadly not be a possible winner.
And one more rule, if you have already drawn your character in one of these or so, please don't give me the anim to the one you did already, do it again, recreate it.

Attention anyone on this anim! I know you have probably been dying for a winner (JK you don't even care anymore lmao) Okay but seriously, winter break is coming up so I might pick a winner in my freetime! Sorry it's been a while. I haven't been on at all since the summer I broke my computer sooooooooooooooo just be patient! and I'll pick a winner! If anyone else wants to join they can.
