its just that my real life friends never talk to me and they exclude me in everything and that made me sad

I too have been in this state. Just walk away from it all. You dont have to be around them. If its that bad then tell them how you feel. But if you dont feel comfortable doing that then you can just ignore them and vibe with us homies on fa instead of those losers. I understand they're your friends, but sometimes even friends need to know how you really feel. Think about it.

I have assigned seats at lunch and I have too sit with them
I just want to talk to them, but they only talk to each other
they sometimes say some nice stuff about me
but they don't tell me anything about what they were saying about me

i can only talk out loud when I ask a question to the teacher or add a detail she missed.

Yeah dont mean to be rude but youre not making it better, youre doing just the opposite. You cant just *poof* make someone feel better by giving them the "youre gonna be alright" smile
and also, I'm not allowed to get on fa in school, and school is the only place I can really make real life friends

I-i don´t really know how to deal with this sort of stuff. I just really wanted to help.
there is, find things to have fun you can make make other friends if you're first ones are straight up lifeless maybe relatives could help.
but most of my relatives i can see have mental health issues and don't know how to help
and I can't make real life friends. I am not anything like I am when I'm online, instead of talking to people and making online friends in a blink of an eye, in real life, I'm dead silent and too shy too have a conversation with anyone
I am so sorry about that but look at the good side,
if you are shy then you should find a way for people to like you like showing a hobby like animating and showing your talents know that not all people straight up hate you if you talk.So know that if you are sometimes shy you know that you can still make friends with people similar to you.
but nobody in my class except for two other quiet kids are shy
and the two other quiet kids have nothing similar to me
Still,they don't have to be similar you just need to talk to each other knowing that eventually maybe,just maybe you will be friend one day.
