LinkI have no idea why, but I was starting to feel nauseous again, I've decided to just deal with it now. As Kash and I reached door 70, a brief intercom broke the silence through a guarded speaker. The intercom told us that we'd be set off track for now, allegedly the ongoing path was destroyed and we'd need to go around it, just great.
Kash went far ahead compared to me, and when I caught up he somehow got down a large hole in the ground that led to an office. The windows beside me flashed with an orange color, and I caught a small glimpse of.. something. I tried to catch logic of what Kash did to get down, but ended up loosing my grip and falling over the desk, knocking over a few items in a rather embarrassing manner.

LinkKash was leaning against a wall, spinning the keycard around in his hand as if it was a toy. Once I 'oh so elegantly' got up, Kash and I opened the door to the next room, which opened two large doors, leading to a ginormous room with boxes and shelves for miles, as well as some lockers and forklifts.
I looked up after hearing a small break of water splashing, feeling a droplet of water hit my face. A large.. creature was swimming above us, harpoon-like limbs at the ready to strike us, as well as bright orange lights surveying the land below it. The creature almost looked gorgeous, but with my jaw hanging wide, I knew better than to take it's beauty granted.
Kash and I immediately sprung into action, diving under crates and hiding in lockers. We both already knew what to do because of an earlier brief that we thought was a joke, fixing generators. One... two... and so on, we fixed each generator, only needing about two more.

LinkIt was looking good for us, almost complete, almost out of this room. That's when I heard a loud bellow, a sharp sound broke the water, striking within the matter of seconds. I heard Kash scream, it was heart-dropping. I looked back, trying to catch sight of Kash, and that's when I saw him stabbed through the chest with a harpoon, his blood lightly coating the area underneath him.
I didn't move, didn't breath, I couldn't, I was terrified. My only friend left died before I could even notice it. My body shook violently, unable to move from it's position as the creature continued it's way towards my general direction. With what little hope I had left now gone, I forced myself to push forward, finishing the final generator and diving under a forklift that held a few boxes on it.

LinkKash— he's gone, just like that. What the hell do I do now? My thoughts where abruptly stopped when I heard the creature pass over me, now was my chance. I wasted no time, sprinting for the open doors, the orange lights skimmed over me, alerting the creature where I was.
With one last push from my legs, I leaped into the safe room, hearing the doors slam shut behind me as the creature's harpoon shattered the ground right behind me, lifting the ground that it pierced. My body laid flat on the cold ground, aching in pain. I hurt like hell, everything hurt. Kash is gone, I'm still stuck here, and I feel terrible.. what the hell is this...
I'll just rest for a moment, I need it...
