There’s pixilart but it supports pixel animation only iirc You can do digital on there now too and upload any art you make offplatform to the gallery there as well I haven’t been involved with the community there in a long time but when I was there it was okay

It’s mostly pixel art based though so growing on that platform with just normal digital art might be annoying
