LinkIm just waiting for me to have a star in this damn profile, You dont mind making my effort one. Whats going on with flipanim.. Alot of people in the community has left because of the "savage" animators who even judge other's effort animation just because of something wrong in it, you animators don't even care about it. So stop.

Oh no it's terrible someone that's starting out is getting criticism to improve. Everyone needs to hear it at some point. It's better sooner because if you keep going for too long without ever having anyone telling you it isn't perfect, you're going to stagnate unless you take a lot of iniative. Or you're like me and you hate yourself.
Anyways criticism is necessary to improve and having criticism given to you when you're just starting it can help push your path in the right direction.
The problem isn't harsh criticism. the problem with this site is that people pretend to be these perfect, angelic creatures that never think bad things, and the moment someone uses harsh language, or says that something isn't perfect, everyone acts like there's a bloody war going on.
Criticism is very important if an artist wants to get better. The problem comes when people can't separate the art from themselves, so they take every bit of critique and morph it in their heads to be a personal attack.
Then there are other things, like me shit-posting and being a bit of a nuisance, but I have almost no followers, so I doubt that you have an issue with me.
