10: Bye-bye butterfree
Surprisingly, I don't find this moment all that sad, and i find it kinda overrated but what I DO find heartbreaking, is that Ash still hasn't been able to see butterfree, or his mate...
9: Bianca's dad tries to take her home
Now this isn't much of a noticed one, but at one point in B/W, Bianca's dad comes to try to take her home and end her journey once and for all, but the electric gym leader steps in to stop him in his tracks.
8: Lillie leaves Alola
This moment isn't sad for most, but it legit made me cry when i finished Sun for the first time. Its not just the fact she's leaving, but how Hau is bawling his eyes out while the player just stands there smiling it's just... No
7: Ash nearly died :O
Ash nearly died in the move, when he was turned to stone. It's not the fact that he nearly dies that's sad, it's the pokemons' reactions, especially pikachu's. He lives though :D
6: Dedenne's breakdown
In the final episode of XYZ, Ash has to say goodbye to his friends he met in Kalos,
but dedenne doesn't want to say goodbye, and runs off. Some inspiring words from Bonnie help him accept he has to say goodbye though, and the final episode ends on a happy note. Can't forget Serena kissing Ash!
5: N's farewell
MY GOD THIS MADE ME CRY MY EYES OUT. This poor young man did not deserve what his father did and said to him, and I legit thought he was about to jump off the edge of his castle at first. (Legit, my heart stopped beating for a minute) I was SO relieved when he sent out his Reshiram.
4: one journey ends, another begins
In an episode of Sun and Moon, Litten has to deal with the reality of death, and the episode is essentually this litten trying to help stoutland but to no avail.
The other sadest part of me when playing pokemon was I heard about Wally in Creepypasta. He was very poor, the Player met him in a cave and saw that his health was not good, the player came to him but the screen suddenly went off with a quick breath and wanted to fight the last Pokemon, but The player who accidentally missed out on Gadervoir made Wally shocked and died of his funeral held solemnly on the grass bush where he captured his first Pokemon. I cried while reading that passage, giving me a feeling of hardship and loving Wally more
