Your oc was walking in a forest by a river one day, and came across a small-ish lake at the end of the river, there they saw some fairly nice scenery, such as a pretty waterfall going into the lake, a couple large rocks next to the lake, and a bit of flowers, it seemed like a nice spot to just stay for the day, seeing as how it looked as if it were a secluded area, then something caught your oc's eye, a person who looked sort of fish-like popped his head out of the water and looked like he was looking around, as if trying to make note of the area, so, your oc goes over to the boy, and as soon as the person sees them, he looked a bit startled and then went back under the water, so, wwyd?

Eli: -still under the water, he swims towards where the river is-
Eli: -just swimming away, he looked sort of like some sort of siren, like a catfish siren-
Eli: -stops, freezing in place, besides his tail still moving because he is still technically swimming because he cant exactly stay completely still
Eli: -finally speaks, his voice sounding a bit quiet due to not really wanting to speak, but doesnt want to be rude and not reply- ..um...eli..
Eli: ..its alright.. I.. Dont exactly socialize much either.. -he was still not facing watershine-
Eli: ..yeah.. Good collection items.. -he stoped swimming at a certain point, seeming to not be able to go down to the very very deep parts of the river, where it gets clost to the direction of the ocean-
Eli: ..i.. Think i should go back near the lake.. It's not exactly channel catfish territory over here..
Eli: ..you can stay if you want.. I'm not going to force to you to leave, its your choice..
Eli: -looks at watershine- ..... -hessitantly takes the rock- ..um.. Thanks..
Eli: -swims off to the lake with the rock, he seemed to be able to swim pretty quickly-
Eli: -goes to an underwater cave that was under the waterfall and goes inside-
-the cave was.. Honestly really pretty, it loooked like someone had decorated it-
Eli: -finds a nice place to put the rick and sets it down- ...
Eli: -once again, startled and looks at watershine- ..oh.. Um... Thanks..?
Eli: -looked a little embarrassed about his entire collection of very random things-

Eli: -he freezes in place, though his tail was still moving because he cant exactly stay completely still due to technically being a fish- ..........
Eli: -he stayed quiet, he looked like he was trying to act as if he wasnt seen at all-
Eli: -tenses a little, his hair was actually pretty soft despite him being underwater-
Eli: -he turned his head to look at carson from under the water- ...?
Eli: -finally speaks, his voice was calm, yet he was speaking kind of quietly- ..im.. Not shy.. Just not very social..
Eli: ...um.. If.. If you don't mind my asking.. What are you..? Im used to seeing just fish and plants.. Thought at the same time it is.. Sort of hard to see you with the lack of depth perception.. -he is half blind-
Eli: ..........ok- -seemed a little off-put by the whold drinking blood thing, but other then that seemed fine with the answer-

She tossed a random rock into the water,,seeing if they notice,,-
Eli: -jumped(somehow while still underwater-) and moves away from where the rock was thrown, looking at fate from under the water-
Confused,,-eh,,no use"-she was still holding the sword,,as it fades away like magic,,-

Eli: -he stayed under the water, and swims to where the river is-
Eli: -freezes at the sound of the yell, despite his tail still moving because he cant exactly stay completely still, but at least he isnt swimminn away anymore-
Eli: -finally speaks, his voice sounding a bit calm, but a little quiet due to not really wanting to speak- ..um... Eli..
Eli: -pops his head out of the water, and looks at xylon, confused at why he has his hand out- ..?
Eli: ..i normally just do little fish sounds as a greeting.. Though i dont really do many greetings.. I'm not that social..
Eli: ..water is a liquid, if you touch it, it moves, so like.. If you were to cup your hand and scoop some of the water really quickly, it will move and make a splashing motion..
-the water splashed a little, then just drained ok tof xylons hand-

Eli: hm.. -he lifts one of his hands out of thr water, then scoops up some of the water-
-the water didnt fall out of Eli's hand for some reason-
Eli: -has webbing between his dingers so the water cant fall though even if he wanted it to- .....
Eli: ..oh.. Um... I'm technically a fish so I have webbing in my fingers to help me swim..
Eli: ..yeah, little swimmy things that swim around in water..
Eli: ..... -splashes a small bit if water onto xylon for fun-
Eli: -he swings his tail in the water and splashes a llot of water on xylon- ..you are now comepletely covered in water.. I think you have no choice..
Eli: -puts out an arm just in case xylon cant swim and needs something to hold onto-
Eli: ..hm.... I could help you get to the lake? It has a shallow end..
Eli: -lets go of xylon when he gets to the water that is only knee high-
Eli: yup- and i might be a little stuck- um... -he crawls slowly to get out of the shallow water-
Eli: -gets to decent water and can now move properly- ok! I'm good now..
Eli: ..well... I dont know how a person with uh.. Legs can swim, but I have a tail and fins.. So.. Thats how i can do it ..
Eli: ..just thinking.... I think you are supposex to kick the water and move your arms as you kick at the water.. Idk..
Eli: -sees shiny rock at bottom of lake and gets distracted- .........
Eli: ...the rock has eyes..
-the shiny rock had some bottle caps glues to it, the bottle caps looking like they are representing eyes-
Eli: ..i mean ... Its your choice of name so I guess we can keep that.. Um... You can have the rock if you like..? -he hands it to xylon-
Eli: ..idk.. I dont want you to have to stay under water for too long..
Eli: -places a few bottle caps infront of xylon secretly, but then just swims off to collect more-
Eli: ...i know.. But im letting you pick the ones you want first..
