the truth is guys !!!! im not a good person. i think ive only noticed recently my outbursts. didnt think i had issues. its not like i scream or break things. but ive noticed just how easily frustrated i get with anything and nothing at the same time. ive noticed that my mom has to constntly like.. reassure me about things and apologize because she'll think ill get mad or shut down over dumb things and misunderstandings and it just hurts. i feel so bad but i just get so upset and if i dont shut down then i might raise my voice or cry so i just walk away which is equally as worse
