You don't have too tho. If you're not able to post much because of lack of motivation/inspiration, school or that you're just lazy, don't force yourself to much.

and you dont have to keep posting more, if you have stuff going on like school or something its fine. you can stop posting whenever you need to, regardless if people question it or not :)
