I feel like desensitization is a double edged sword, it can make you good under dire situations but it’s also like you lose a bit of your humanity

The people involved should probably all be muted and then talked with individually Then depending on what they did they get separate consequences If someone was name calling or just being a ass they get a warn a mute for a day If they sent sh that would be a ban or if you wanna be generous a kick with the possibility to appeal if they apologize

Usually it takes time to learn and change If someone sent self harm just to harrass someone they need a long time to self reflect and defuse

I think that is a good way to set moderation so that way you have to talk to the owner before considering banning it’s like a second opinion and final decision
