Linkdon't start venting to them
don't make fun of them
don't say you have it worse or that they are lucky
don't normalize things s*icide or self h*rm
I just don’t comment on vents like just let them vent and talk about it to them later after they feel a little better
Sometimes people do need to talk while venting though so I understand why people comment on them
