LinkIn short, transgender folks have the brain of their actual gender instead of their assigned sex.
Trans men have male brains and trans women have female brains.
This has been middle school biology with a cis guy.

some people say its a "youre born with it" thing, which is what i think ur saying (or not idk) but is it possible to think that you are female your whole life but due to events in your life you want to be the oppisite gender???
