Achak's blank eyes grazed across the village, watching as the humans walked down the dirt road that stretched the length of it. The trail ran through the forest, to a riverbank. He crept down the small ledge, his golden bat wings slowly unfurling to keep balance. He shut them shortly after, his body low to the ground as he approached behind somebody's house. He was hungry, and he was being opportunistic.

Achak pushed open the backdoor. Stupid humans... leaving their doors unlocked... lucky for him, though. He looked around, his large body accidentally bumping into things. He knocked over a few vases and shattered them, which caught the attention of a young child. The child screamed, shouting something incoherent. He was known as 'spirit wolf', and was greatly feared for taking lone travelers from the trails at night. He was used as a threat to younglings when they didn't listen to parents as well.

Achak chased the small child down the hallway of the tiny house and scratched at the door the child had closed behind herself. He threw his body into it, beginning to break it down. The child struggled to open the window and escape, but it was too late for her.. he put a hole in the door big enough for him to squeeze through, and he grabbed her by the leg with his big teeth. He bit down on it with his strong jaws, breaking her leg. She continued to scream in terror and pain, and he heard as more humans came crashing through the house. He grabbed her by the hair and broke the window, dragging her out with him.

Achak took the child into the woods, where he disappeared almost instantly. A few spears had been thrown at him, but they hit the trees in the humans' desperate attempt to wound and stop him. He dragged the little girl to a cave, where he promptly threw her into the stone wall to make her weaker. She hit her head and fainted, which gave him the advantage. He approached her unconscious body and put his jaws around her neck, crunching mercilessly. He gave her a swift death, and began to eat her corpse.

(Ooh that's cool) Achak flipped her over and tore her shirt off, digging his big teeth into her side. He tore her flesh and meat off, continuing to eat. After a while he finished and he left what was rest of her body, which wasn't much; to rot.

Achak looked up at the strange figure in the sky, and his blank eyes focused on Cole. It was like he was soulless.

Achak walked slowly over to the cliff, beginning to defy gravity and climb up vertically. He jumped up, and stood in front of Cole. He was quite large for a wolf, and he unfurled his big golden bat wings. He started to shake them violently as if trying to intimidate Cole.

Achak snarled, baring his teeth. His bone mask covered most of it, but it definitely didn't stop him from making the loud sound he was making.

Achak slapped her with his wing, jumping at her. "Get away from me!" He shouted in a dark, raspy voice.

Achak was confused, and he flapped his golden bat wings. He got lift and soared above them, then glided down to the ground below the cliff.

Achak had no idea about what was happening above him. All he knew was he was hungry again.. he opened his wings and beat them aggressively, getting lift and soaring back to the village. He landed on one of the villagers' houses, watching as none of them spotted him. He was always surprised by their stupidity.

Achak watched quietly for a small child, they were easiest to grab and less of a fight. He spotted one, a bit older than the last, and he unfurled his wings once again. He jumped down, swooping towards the child and grabbing his arm with his teeth. He flew up into the air, soaring overtop the trees. He lowered himself just a little, before dropping the child to die from the height he was at.

Achak landed next to the child's body, shutting his wings. He began to chow down on this child as well.

Achak heard Ora's yelling, and he looked back. He saw her hanging off the edge, and he contemplated helping. He decided to watch for a little longer.

Achak took insult to this as well, being he was part demon. He soared over, going as fast as he could, to catch Ora before she fell. He let her fall onto his back, which granted, wasn't very comfortable or painless, but it was better than falling all the way down to the ground. He looked up at the human, snarling loudly. "That's not true."

"Yeah, you better run..." Achak flapped his wings to get higher, landing on the ledge. He took her off his back, "because that's what fellow demons do when another is in need, I suppose. Besides, humans are stupid. What he said to you isn't true."

Achak looked away, his soulless eyes focusing on his surroundings. "I can try to help you." He said quietly. He wasn't one for talking or doing the right thing, but he felt like he had to.

Achak nodded, thinking he had no other choice. "It's no problem. Describe your home."

Achak nodded, "get on." He approached her and waited for her to get on his back. He was as big as a small horse, but he didn't expect her to have issues with getting on.

Achak spread his golden bat wings, sprinting at the ledge. He jumped off, beating his wings violently. Once he was in the air, he stopped flapping and left them stretched out. He allowed himself to glide through the air, "tell me when things get familiar."

Achak continued to glide, beating his wings a few times here and there. He passed over the village, they didn't realize him from how quiet he flew. Or they were just that stupid. He looked around a bit, "recognize anything yet?" He didn't like being ridden.

Achak huffed, "walking is slower and a waste of time. I'm always annoyed, there's no difference there." He continued to glide, turning his head to look around.

Achak nodded, "alright then." The wind started to blow against him, which made him suddenly slower. He lowered his head to pick up more speed, "lower yourself."

Achak stayed quiet for a few moments, as if ignoring her. But then he responded, "I don't like having friends." He said plainly. He always hurt his 'friends' somehow, or was the one who got hurt. He didn't trust anyone, he was more of a loner now.

Achak sighed, "Cole was the other one you were with, right?"

Camilla sighed, shutting her eyes for a moment. She sat down, listening to the breeze brush over the grass and trees. She listened to the shaking and scraping of leaves hitting each other, the grass tickled her nose and she sneezed.

Camilla's eyes shot open, she thought she felt a presence nearby... she stood up and looked around, walking past Gold without even realizing he was there. She was still swaying her tail, and she accidentally whacked him in the face as she walked past.

Camilla swung around and screamed as well, not knowing what this creature was. She kicked him away, jumping back in fear. "What is that?!" She shouted.

Camilla stared at Gold, "actually, it's kinda cute.." she stepped closer to him, "I'm sorry. What are you?"

"Aww! You're so cute!" She picked him up and held him in the air above her face, "you're so little and adorable!"

Camilla's eyes sparkled, and she eventually put him down. "We're Camilla!" She beamed, "who and what are you?" She seemed excited.

Camilla tilted her head, "hurt you? We could never!" She laid down, seeming to calm down a bit. "It's good to meet you, Gold." She quieted her voice down, noticing how scared he was.

Camilla looked down, noticing one of the faces was moving. She quickly covered it with her other arm, trying to hide it. She didn't want to be seen as an outcast. "Anyway, are you new? We've never seen you, or anything like you."

Camilla's tail twitched, "huh. From here, do you mean the planet?" She tilted her head again.

Camilla looked away, "well, you look nothing like something an Earth creature could evolve into." She itched behind her ear nervously.

"But hey, I'm not here to judge you." She looked back at him, smiling softly. She sat up, looking up at the sky. She noticed the sky had started to fade into a dark purplish, and she looked behind her. The sun was setting. "Huh, that was fast."

Camilla nodded, "here, follow me, I know somewhere safe." She stood up and smiled, glancing back at him as she turned away to walk.

Camilla approached a tree, and she pushed her paw against the trunk. A door opened, it blended seamlessly. She walked in, leaving it open for Gold. "Make sure you close it behind you," she called. It was bright inside, there were lanterns full of fireflies on the little ledges that got carved into it.

There was a spiral staircase, more lanterns were hanging from the higher steps. She walked up to a platform, "here, you can stay in here." She looked back at him, smiling at his amazed look.

"Of course!" Camilla grinned. She sat down on a moss bed, "you can sleep here. Sorry it's not great compared to what you might've slept on back at your home, but that's all I can work with here."

Camilla smiled wide, "thank you!" She was happy he liked it, it took so long to make the place. She glanced over at a moss bed on the other side of the platform, "you can rest there. Feel free to stay as long as you need." She looked at the lanterns strung around the walls, to light the room up. She started to take them down, so that it would be dark enough to sleep.

She shoved the lanterns away, placing them on the stairs. She curled up on her moss bed, closing her eyes and beginning to fall asleep.

Camilla awoke the next morning, the birds chirping their songs high up in the tree. She stretched, yawning. She opened her eyes and got up, glancing at Gold.

Camilla watched him sleep for a while, which totally isn't creepy whatsoever. She looked down the stairs and started to string the lanterns back up again.

Camilla looked back at him as she hung up the last lantern, and she walked over slowly.

Camilla slightly nudged him, to wake him up. She didn't want to scare him though.

Camilla frowned, continuing to nudge him. (Bye!)
