can we like try to be extra nice to me today or at least like understand im extra sensitive today I didn't take my antidepressants, i've been up all night so im extra irrational, plus it's dysphoria week and im hallucinating again and everyone's being really *****y to me at home today, and i have to go to school, which means riding the bus, which makes feel awful,
