It would require global agreement and all cultures to have the same morals This would be impossible because of strong beliefs and our attachment to culture Since humans are creature of habit, it'd be hard to break such habits on such a large scale. Why isn't it possible now? Because now we have the notion of free speech and this idea is deeply embedded into us, that we start to speak up. why is this a problem? Because, we all have clashing values and morals, we would ultimately work against each other, and because the older generations have more man power and authority over us, even if we were to band together, we'd be suppressed. This effort would be too hard for humans at the moment because of our diversity. And at this point in time, we have so many protest, we are working against each other, to come to global agreement is like asking everyone to have the same morals and values.

That being said; in order for humanity to survive longer, we must have global agreement else we'll eventually wipe ourselves out Our generation will have to be the ones to end destructive habits, but to do that we would need the same idea of destructive habits An alternative would be respecting opinions, but that would fail because pedos and traffickers would use that to their advantages and I think many will agree that is wrong.

Ok back to limiting bad, All morals and values we humans have typically over lap, those ones, we could work on as communities. (See; animation attached) Meaning that bad behaviors (to your own judgement) would need 0 tolerance, which would lead to it being weeded out, or person(s) rebelling and creating a bigger commotion. Therefore it'd be best to not show 0 tolerance though violence, rather physcologically. How is up to ones discretion but be warned even the littlest of things can mess this whole thing up and to do to this to older people you would need to know how that one person's mind works in order to counter.
