Isn't phonics just a way of learning to read and write by understanding and connecting the sounds of letters and letter combinations to form words? I'm just curious but what kind of fear do you feel? Like the fear of not wanting to hear it or understand it? (Sorry I'm just generally curious)
Just literally the word “phonics” itself and how it sounds gives me a mixture of fear and rage
