LinkWatching cartoons and picking up on different styles. Then I would just pick and choose what I liked from each style and that's how I got here.

Are you planning on animating as a career?
I made Tuk Tuk years ago when I was into claymation. I just found a yellow measuring cup and thought it'd make a great hat.
I'm pretty much self taught, but I did pull a lot of inspiration from cartoons like the Looney Tunes.
I definitely want to go into film as a career. That way I could get a touch for all pieces of film, including animation.

I know this may sound a little corny, but you really need to be optimistic with your work. If you only ever look for the mistakes in your work, you'll only get worse. Instead, try to look for what you did well, and just improve upon it from there.

I'd say that it's important to really give it you're all. If you imagine an animation in your mind, make it happen. Don't stop when you think it's good enough, stop when it becomes what you intended it to be.

I am, I just hope the whole "limit on frames and length" thing gets figured out, or else I might only be able to make short 5 second loop anims.
Looney Tunes and old Disney cartoons. I was always just so fascinated by how somebody can make a drawing come to life.
And I am 17.
It can be anywhere from a few minutes to a couple weeks. It really depends on what I'm trying to tackle.
I look at every mistake as a lesson.
And my favorite color is red.
I downloaded a stop motion app on my old IPod back in the day, and started with claymation, then I used that app to take photos of drawings and then turned it into animation.

Honestly, that old editor can be a pain, but you pick up things as you go. I would say wait until the end to color in your animation. Just draw everything out and then go back through and add the color.

Honestly, I'm still trying to figure out what to do with art blocks. That's why it's been a little while since I've posted on this channel.
I can't answer that for you.
And I create a lot of art, so I am familiar with a lot of principles when it comes to this field of work. So I transferred that knowledge into animation.
You'll just have to wait and see!
And I have seen a few of their movies. They're really well done.

It has always really fascinated me, so I decided to give it a shot.
My advice would be to keep working at it. I look back at my old animations, and I see how far I've come in a short amount of time. I say this because anyone can get better, it's just a question of whether or not they're willing to put in the work.

Animations that are around a minute long typically take me about two days.
Try using a calculator if you're baffled, or break the question into parts.
