Now, I’ve dealt with this before. My other friend wanted to cut, and I told her to hide sharp things. All possible sharp things. Remember, baby steps.. Just start there. Your goal is to stop cutting.

You want to, but you also don’t. It looks like you have mixed feelings. Maybe, to talk about feelings, what are your feelings? It’s clear you don’t want to do it.. But a part of you does. This part of you, you should try to manage.

Maybe, when you want to cut, just use marker instead of a sharp object.

Um, you know.. It’s time to come clean. I know I’m probably no help, but I’m afraid, I cannot help.. Because.. I.. Am a ten year old girl.
