He killed my little brother, he mentally abuses me, he's been to jail around 14 times in less that 13 years...
He's only marrying the slut of my stepmom because he got her knocked up

I don't know much about custody laws n stuff, but i'm pretty sure you can't murder one of your children and still get out of jail and have custody of the other.
