Electro is the overlord of electricity which means the electricity he has today but also a virus, he has a girlfriend named Valentine and he and her didn't find it too obvious that they were business partners but also dating. Electro was a human but he was also part robot he was meant to be the future's future, but sadly died when his experiment exploded and caused him to take out his eye head, and legs and all there was left was his eye. He makes robots and makes good money out of it but he made a solen-dairy purpose which was why he is an overlord
