And I was thinking, "What if Mario was a girl?" and then I was like "Maria" Next thing you know I thought about names and designs for the other characters too. It was all supposed to be an inside joke between myself, but then I had a dream where my friends and I wrote a letter to Nintendo about it being a new Mario game and boom...yeah...

Have you made like a backstory/overall story for them? Like how in Mario the goal/story is Peach is kidnapped by Bowser and Mario has to save her.

Waluigi is freaking underrated and Wario is kinda gross but funny. Toad is freaking adorable.
Waluigi is tbh he keeps on flipping getting bullied by wario and everyone wario is.....unique ig and toad is like my fav mario character! I can do toads voice even tho it hurts my throat
