I want to cut so bad ,I wrote a letter to my mother because im too afraid to talk to her face to face

My mother ignores me. Only when i tell her my body hurts,and now I have to check if i have genetic arthuritis. My throat hurt yesterday when I was laughing and now it hurts to breathe from the bottom of my throat near my collar bone
