probably your phone has severe ghost touch. my sister has it too, ig you can try undownloading it? and if ur watching long videos or listening to music lock ur screen so ur phone can't do anything

A while back I downloaded a mobile game and it asked for permission to use control of my apps. A few minutes later my storage was full from mobile games from the same company. I turned off the permission for the app and deleted each of the different apps and ended up just fine. I’d check and make sure you don’t have an app like that
