There was a guy sitting in his car we thought he was asleep so we left him be. Like an hour we came out and we realize this guy still aint awake he isn't even parked in the spot fully. He was twitching violently and he had somthing white falling out of his mouth we tried waking him up by calling sir to him slamming my door to see if he would wake up honking but he wouldn't his breathing started to sound weird so we called in for a welfare check on this guy and uhhhhh alot of cars came
