You probably use that one pencil icon at the top. That one is the tool you use to draw and animate with.

I really didn't start at basics, I just knew how to animate shapes. This is a sort of fight animation with a style I came up with.
I also can animate stickman.
You just need to know certain movements.
trust me if i had one of those fancy pens that can draw on screens iw ould be way way better at animating than i am now.
(i cant draw with mouse ;-;
