Let's do a little style theory. In this world, most living organisms have atleast one heart of some similarity to a human heart. Considering this person is a living breathing organism he most likely has a heart. Although according to Isaac Newton's laws of motion, the heart should fall out unless stopped by another force. One theory is that there in some object or substance blocking the heart from falling. One other or more plausible theory is that his arms are holding the heart in place. He is not shown to have any sort of bone structure therefore the arms do not have any shoulder blades to attach to. Not only do they move as if they are connected they also move as if they are one. The possibility that there are holes in the green part of him that let the arms slip through is more likely than the first theory. But hey that's just a theory, a STYLE theory! Keep looking sharp!
