I'd like to say a few things about the situation.
While I don't think she was tracing, it was way too heavily referenced/influenced/inspired. Either give FurryTrash credit or make the style your own. However, -Russia- responded to the situation poorly by trying to blatantly insult those calling her out and pulled the victim card. She tried (intentionally or not) to make yourself look like the victim. She lost your temper and made herself look like a total fool. I want -Russia- to apologize for your behavior, and stop being so heavily influenced. I understand that being inspired is a good thing, but there's a time where you have to draw the line.

I'm more on the neutral side of this drama as it is kinda very stupid to fight over the certain situation, yes I said some stuff that is rude, but that's under my own opinion, I did just say how their change of styles and the same way of proportioning her anatomy was wonky, which is pretty off-topic to the situation, I never really pin-pointed it out that she was copying or anything, because anything with a style like that can be overlooked and misunderstood, if anything I, for once say that it is easy to make your one style out of a heavily influenced style, but it takes time, but as the person of subject pulling the victim card crosses the line, she could've handled the situation way better if she KNEW what style of said person she is influenced by, and just said it but she refused to.
I just want it to end?? I dunno man. I'm also sleep deprived, and I do believe that everyone is handling everything immaturely. In my personal opinion though, I don't see many similarities between the two artists styles? Maybe it's the sleep deprivation, idk. But the only similarity I can see is in the claws, but that is also a popular way to draw them. I'm also very sorry I even got semi involved? I saw fighting, said my piece, and I'm just done. I cant handle this bs rn.
Ack- this ended up being way bigger of a problem. I didn’t know this many people knew about it, since this is a big website and Russia has about 200 followers which is a pretty small number compared to the rest of FlipAnim.
I remember the closet people at the time before that were Halfpelt, Call-Me-Wheatley, and -Russia- (At least in my opinion, Idk how they felt about me) But ever since this whole debacle, -Russia- hasn’t been speaking to me much cause I think she felt as if I was on the other side, not on -Russia-‘s side, but in all honesty, I was on NO side. I didn’t want to pick sides. I hate picking sides. I’m probably the most indecisive person ever. But I didn’t want to lose any friends by picking a side, either. I was really close to -Russia- but I had a lot more friends on the other side, and it all kinda stressed me out. I just want people to stop posting these things about “My opinion on the -Russia- drama” so we can all just forget about it and leave it in the past. We can’t c
