im going to make an actual post about this in the coming days! and ill actually put register in the title lol so that new people can find it in search. iirc someone else was doing this but they've been inactive for quite some time so uh.. ill take a crack at it .. i will be prioritizing new users or people who've lost access to their account over people who just want an alt/different username
