It troubles me to reach out and ask for help (tho as my own therapist im working on that) half the time I have considered others feelings over mine (in past relationships when we fought i forced myself to step down. Not being able to say all thats on my mind when I did so, so it didn't end well), if I havent im highly stressed and breaking down. Im extremely competitive, and im a pretty jealous person.
