Everything seems...normal today. I'm just going to treat it like that to. If nothing happens, nothing happens. If something happens, something happens and I'm prepared. I honestly don't care anymore..

Lots. Panic attacks daily, the world was supposed to end and I was kinda hoping it was which I know is bad but I couldn't help it, my episodes have been getting worse and more common, my religion is falling apart and I feel like it's pushing me away from itself, everything hurts all the time, I feel forgotten and I've felt lonely since the school year started. Just..a lot..
