i do a lot of my drawings without sketches actually! Like my big nate ones. And my real art or refs for my ocs take at least 2 sketches. The body structure and then the sketch in a different color. I usually take around 10 mins for refs and otas or full body designs. And for real art or animations it takes around 30 mins to an hour
