LinkI'm just gonna tell you the basics of doing line art. Lol even when I was thinking of this, I felt that even I should follow these tips because I'm terrible at line art.
1. Size
When we're doing a maybe more detailed drawing, I suggest that you use a smaller brush size, because a bigger one will prevent you from doing all of the little details. If you want to do a less detailed one, there's still no harm in using a smaller brush. Using a bigger brush for less detail is also a great option.
2. Zoom in
When drawing line art, I feel like we should always zoom in, so our line art will be neater, and will appear straighter. It will also make the line art cleaner, because if your line art is just messy is bumpy, it won't make your art is good. But don't get me wrong, if you're going for a specific art style and the line art messier, then go ahead. I've seen many art pieces that use messy lines, and it goes amazing with how the art goes.

Link3. Sections
This might only apply to me, but when you are making line art, I tend to make the line art section by section. I probably only do this because I make a lot of mistakes when doing line art, so when I'm making a hue line, and I make a mistake, I have to redo the whole thing which is quite annoying to me.
Mk I'm done for now please give more tips lol
Peace, out. ✌
