Thinking of what i want to dream about. Idk how this works but, the more i think about dreaming, the more i want to sleep, and the more drowsy i get.

I have nyctophobia so a i always have to sleep with my T.V on or playing music. Or my dog

What is sleep

i draw for about 30 minutes after i leave my electronics for the night it calms me and settles me down more so by the time i finish a basic sketch i'm tired works every time it takes about 15 minutes if i have some kind of ambient sound in the background, calm music mixed with rain/thunder works the best

It’s 3:30am where I am now and I’m browsing Pinterest So I guess that’ll be what gets me to sleep tonight

stay up chatting to peol and when i get tired i lay in my bed and listen to music until i get really tired so i turn it off and just lay there and think about how weird sleeping is

sleeping during the day feels safer

I just dream about my favorite ships and try to sleep

I Stay up until I can’t keep my eyes open :D
