im sure it goes like this
They draw their fighter
then put 1 hand on 1 layer
another hand on the other
if you want your animation to not get catchpa raided draw a long smear on your hand and move it to where you want it far from the original spot it was in. then the next frame remove the smear and move your hand up ever so slightly
then play your animation and get the right speed for your scene
