Really basic backstory because ughh yea why not. Strix is 100% one of those dino obsessed kids (because I was one and somehow haven't made a character who's also one lol). She wanted to be a paleontologist. Then at some point in her life (8 or a little older) one of her parents is killed by a villain in an attack (idk if it's her mother or father who dies :p) Her carrier plans change and she wants to be a hero to hopefully prevent this sorta thing from happening to other families.
