marks on the right side of the body are positive while marks on the left side are negative, like prisoner shit. this applies in both territories. most of these are pretty self explanatory not gonna lie so i'm just gonna explain what a labourer is since i think that's the least self explanatory. in The Dark Territory, labourer are just prisoners doing community service. they are owned by the territory and not the people. they just help dig, mine, and make. The Light Territory has this too, but it's just normal prisoners doing it. all prisoners except death row, do community service.

the markings are basically burned or cut into your skin (depending what leaves a scar and what doesn't). those who lose their jobs or are free from prison, will have their mark slashed with three claw strokes, deep enough to leave a scar saying you're no longer this job or prisoner.
