It's an area in M3 called Tane-Tane Island. Lucas accidently ate some toxic mushrooms that gave him illusions and he kept seeing messed up versions of his family and mailboxes either filled to the brim with thousands of mice corpses or the sounds of him crying. This is probably one of the reasons why Mother 3 isn't localized o_o'
