It feels like any day one of my mutuals will get called out when I’m not online and when I come back I’m gonna come back to being called a nazi

Or like I’m gonna unfollow someone and get doxxed or have false allegations made about me

It’s probably just my anxiety but it’s such a horrible feeling to constantly have

(PS THE NAZI THING IS A GUILT BY ASSOCIATION THING I AM NOT A NAZI☹️)

I know it’s irrational but the feeling is there constantly and it freaks me out

no GOD no I hate nazis

Idk weather to call it a psychotic break or nervous breakdown because different things fit the description of what I’m having in both terms😝😝

Never had psychosis before so it’s probably just me having a super paranoid nervous breakdown
