It's a type of way to literally (not hyperbole) kill your brain cells. You're basically taking nitrous gas found usually in whip cream containers. Then huffing it and getting a high from killing the cells in your brain.

Galaxy Gas is literally just a company that sells nitrous gas under the pretense it's for flavoured whipped cream when it's owned by a drug store (as in recreational drugs.) Company and comes with its own nozzle meant for mouths you can easily huff with.
