Just because you are gay or bisexual doesn’t absolve you of being homophobic Because even though you technically can’t be homophobic towards your own gay identity there’s many gay identities you can be homophobic towards It’s like me a bisexual gay dude calling a lesbian the d slur then thinking it’s okay because oh I’m gay too there’s no way that can be hurtful or problematic

The lgtbq community can be disgusting and weird I think it’s good to represent and critique that because just saying the lgbtq community is spotless with no problems is not only wrong but also glamorizing something that isn’t true nor possible All communities can be aweful and a lot are i don’t think nothing we say can change that but I think not normalizing how aweful it is IS important If you got called homophobic for that I don’t personally think it is
