im not sure. my dizzy spells are back but theyre so much worse now. i passed out earlier and as soon as i woke up i just started puking and my head hurts so bad. im really dizzy and my nose is starting to bleed. i dont want to die like this

You don't need to apologize. You're not being selfish for needing somebody to talk to. Is there anything else you can do to try and calm down? Music or maybe rest?
too scared of sleeping so thats out of the question. i could play music but id need to find my headphones first.
ive been trying to rearrange some of my things and thats helped me pretty well but its hard to do rn.
Alright, if you can't find your headphones a last resort might be to just play it without them? At a low volume if your worried about being too loud. If rearranging things is helping, you could keep doing that with the music playing in the background?
