Sorry for answering a billion years later-
With the paws, you should try looking at references that are close to your style and use those paws (If that doesn't work, try making a half circle that looks kind of like a D-shape like this ⩍ and add half of those inside the ⩍ getting smaller until you get 2 of them inside)
With the back legs, you don't really need to change much, but where it connects to the paw(I'm saying this with the drawing I see above), draw more of a straight line connecting from the back part of the paw to the higher joint(Sorry, I'm not good at explaining 😅)
