Well my anxiety has gotten worse i bite my dead skin and i pull my hair and sometimes it will just happen randomly then i get super bad headaches and i Go insane

And my stomach will hurt bc it just does or its my gut telling me somethings bad is going to happen even tho it wont

I cant tell my mom bc im so anxious

And that is what happened to me just now

Sometimes it will get so bad like rn that i start crying

Only u thats why i told u to make it priv or other.ppl will know

And maybe my bf

I need therapy but i cant tell my mom to take me in and its so expensive and were dealing with money problems and my moms therapy cost like 30 dollars a month

And so id feel bad to spend money for therapy

Ima talk to my bf

And see if he can help

I just dont like talking about serious stuff its to much for me to handle and my mom is already stressed with teaching me and trying to get a job by going to college (she didnt when she was 18 bc i moved out bc of her abusive parents)
