LinkOk so this is out of context, but basically at this point in the story, Rocko (nickname Red) and GG have had a giant falling out because of something GG did. It got so bad that Rocko changed rooms and moved out of his old one with GG. Anyway right now they’re fighting some of Eggman’s robots, and Red saves GG from one of them, showing that he still cares about GG even though he’s mad at it.
Sorry that it’s sketchy and doesn’t have a background, but if I cleaned this one up, I wouldn’t be able to finish it in one day and my OC-tober would be all sorts of set back

Aw thank you! I’m glad it’s enjoyable even though it’s not very finished :V and GG is sometimes stupid it’s ok to call it out on that 😭 I was thinking of making a little series to show my story in chronological order instead of just dumping out of context scenes on y’all. I just don’t know what to call it. So far I’ve got redspringgg or SOCS (Sonic OC story lol)
Fhdhdjdjd a series would be epic!!! I'm currently trying to figure out a name for a new universe/story I'm gonna make.
My main universe/story is called Endless Dream and the planet the characters are on isn't Mobius it's my own planet I made up called Oceania (yes I know it's a real place XD)
I'm gonna make an animated series and comic books of my main story thing lol
I think it's a mix of both. The fact that I hate how I draw and drawing itself because it never comes out how I want it to. I can see what I want in my head but I can't make it come out on paper or on my tablet.
I just wish there was some way I could make drawing easy for myself and actually like what I draw
Well actually I do have one thing that is making drawing slightly easier for me... I'ma make an anim showing how I draw lol brb
Okay this is really messy but basically all I do is make a sketch of the drawing in grey and then add details in slightly transparent different colors. Then I trace over the sketch in a new layer but with a thinner line.
I started doing this just recently and it has actually helped me lol
It still doesn't make my drawings look how I want them to but at least it's a little bit easier
Well you didn't hear this from me but the way I learned sonic style was I traced screenshots from sonic X, and then tried to recreate it on other paper, so maybe tracing art that you like **so long as you don't post anything you trace** can help? And I'm so glad your sketches help even if its just a little bit!! I think your art is always good, if that counts for anything <3

I LOVE Sonic X style!!!! That's the style I wanna get good in lol Tracing doesn't really work for me but copying art styles is something I seem to be good at. I just haven't had time to look at Sonic X stuff to copy recently... I do however have some Team Sonic Racing Overdrive pictures printed out that I have been copying because that's another style I love.
So my new universe story thing that I'm working on is kinda like Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys but with my OCs lol (I'd be Nancy Drew obviously XD)
Idk what to call the universe yet and I haven't thought up any good mysteries, but I'm really excited about this because I love mystery stuff lol
If you wanna be a part of this story you can. It'd be fun to do a collab story thing with you :D
No way, I love Nancy Drew! I literally read Nancy Drew every day and I own like 40 of the books, mystery is so cool, but just like you I can’t come up with mysteries for the life of me T—T Though Nancy Drew is more of an adventure story than a mystery since most of the time we know (or at least suspect) who the culprit is for most of the story, it’s just sneaking around and catching them from then on.
I would love to be involved!
Lol yes Nancy Drew is the best!! I don't have any of the books but I watched the old series. I'm pretty good at coming up with mystery because I'm pretty good at solving them XD

How interesting, I didn’t even know there was a Nancy Drew series that could be watched. I tend to like police shows but haven’t seen any mystery movies, even though I love mystery books and comics. I recommend case closed/detective Conan if you’re over 15 and can get a hold of the comics. Anything by Agatha Christie is gonna be gold. But maybe movies are better at teaching people how to solve mysteries cuz even though I’ve read so much, I can’t solve my way out of a paper bag 😭 it’s so easy to impress me w a mystery

For me I can always tell what's going to happen next in the movie. I can tell what someone is thinking or planning on doing just by the look on their face. And I can usually tell if someone is lying.
I don't have any comics. I wish I did. Especially Sonic the Hedgehog comics :3

I dunno why but when I was like 10 I decided that I hated the hardy boys and to this day I haven’t consumed any media about them 😭 but I’m not about to break that streak 😤 I’ll stick to the books
Never seen Adam-12, I don’t have a lot of access to video media just like you don’t have a lot of access to comics! I just read comics online though most of the websites for that are super shady

Okay so this is gonna sound bad but GG was stalking and harassing Spring in an attempt to make her break up with Red 😳 GG really thought it was justified though because it’s convinced that all romance leads to abuse and trauma (because of the household it was brought up in and never seeing a healthy relationship before) and was trying to save its friends from that fate by breaking them up before the relationship got that far. Like, hurting them a little bit now will save them from way more pain down the road, that’s what it was thinking. Obviously though Red didn’t agree with that logic
Benji never really got to know what it was like to be in a family or a relationship either because he was separated from his parents when he was only four years old
There's literally only three things about Benji and GG that are different XD
1) Benji is Australian, GG is American
2) Benji is shy, GG is not
3) Benji is a biological male, GG is non binary
Other than that they're the same lol (except they do look different but they're both black cats XD )
Thankfully he didn't have to fend for himself because Professor Reynard found him right after it happened
Benji (full version is Benjamin) isn't his real name actually. That's just what the Professor called him. His real name is Alexander.
Professor Reynard is so awesome, good on him for picking up a random kid he found and taking care of him. Fantastic man
As far as I’m concerned, if Benji doesn’t like the name Alexander or where it came from then he ain’t Alexander, that’s Benjamin. Benji is his real name 😤
That’s a way better way to get a new name though 😭 the way GG chose its name is way more embarrassing

I was just about to make an anim about this, but basically, when GG first became roommates with Red it hadn’t chosen a name yet and thought it should be something that makes it happy to hear. One day the two were playing video games together and Red won, then he turned to the cat and said “GG!” with a big smile on his face.
The cat asked him what that meant and Red explained it meant good game, like saying thanks for playing with me, I had fun.
That night GG decided on its name because if saying GG could make people smile at it like that then the name GG made it incredibly happy!
So basically,,, Red smiled at it, and technically the meaning behind GG’s name is literally “good game”

Okay so the way Benji got separated from his parents is they were living in a place called the Kingdom of Chaos and they were slaves to the ruler of the kingdom Master Discord. One day they tried to escape and they got chased by some of the guards that make sure nobody leaves. While they were being chased they were being shot at. Benji's father got hit and dropped Benji but his parents couldn't come back for him without getting killed (also Benji's little brother Momo was with them) So they hoped that somehow somebody would find Benji and take care of him. A few minutes after it had happened and he was all alone, Benji crawled out from underneath a bush he was hiding in and started looking around for his parents. The Professor had heard the gunshots and had come to check and see if anyone was hurt (because he's also a doctor) and that's how he found Benji wandering around all alone wearing a scarf that was too big for him and socks with no shoes. (Not done typing lol I ran out of room)
So the Professor asked him what he was doing all alone and where were his parents but Benji was really shy and couldn't really talk so he just looked at him. So then (I'm just gonna call the Professor by his nickname Ray lol) Ray decided to bring Benji back with him and take care of him until he found his parents. When he got back to the Kingdom of Chaos Discord saw him bringing Benji back with him and demanded to know where he came from. Ray said that he had found him all alone and that it wouldn't hurt for him to look after him. Discord agreed but on one condition... As soon as Benji was old enough to work he would have to become a slave. So for the next eight years Ray taught Benji how to read and write and invent things. He was like an uncle to Benji so he told Benji to call him Uncle Ray. Benji was happy with Ray despite the fact that he was bipolar and was always wondering whether or not his family was alive. After the eight years passed and Benji was twelve years old (ran out of room again lol)
He became a slave to Discord and his bipolar disorder got worse... He started to feel like he didn't want to live anymore. Ray did all he could to give Benji hope and a reason to live. Five years later when Benji was 17 he decided to try to escape. He said goodbye to the Professor and promised he would try and get him out of there somehow. That night when Benji was on guard duty (because as the years went on he got promoted to better jobs and Discord trusted him lol) he ran off into the woods and kept going until he ended up in the Kingdom of Waterfalls where I live (me and Hazel are the princesses of this kingdom) Shadow and November found him and brought him back to the castle because they thought he was a spy. Then he got locked up in the castle prison. Later that night I broke him out of the prison and hid him in a safe place that only I knew about and we became very close friends :3
Also just in case you were wondering Benji didn't have any friends because there weren't many families in the Kingdom of Chaos and the ones that were there weren't really allowed to visit the other families. They were all slaves. As you can can see the Kingdom of Chaos is not a nice place to be.
Benji probably didn't mind not having friends because he was shy but at the same time not having friends is maybe the reason he is really shy now
Benji is really good at inventing things lol he's kinda like Tails now that I think about it
After he meets me and my friends he starts to feel a little happier more often :D Tysm I love him too!
I'm starting to think that I'm bipolar because there are days when I'm super depressed and nothing makes me happy. Then there are days when I'm super hyper and everything makes me smile. Most days I'm just neutral; not sad but not exactly happy either. It's weird.
