Midol? Also, it doesn't work for everyone, like me, but a heating pad is supposed to relax the contractions of the cramps- but that depends.

Did they help? I'm sorry if I seem bossy- I'm just trying to help bc I get hardcore cramps too. I'm doing this because, I obviously love you, and I love helping people.

Hmm, I'm trying to think. I know chocolate helps- but, idk if you lke chocolate. My only suggestion is to lay on your stomach, and take deep breaths. It helps with me.

Well- That puts a wrench in everything. Uh- god I'm terrible at this. My love, the first day is always the worst, and I have faith you can do something to get rid of these cramps. Try distracting yourself, I know it is hard, and it is, but it might work.
